ann k. lang, cpa

Ann earned a degree in English from Clemson University in 1992. After working for an engineering consulting firm for several years, she adjusted her career to focus to accounting. After taking courses at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, she became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2002.

In 2005 she decided to begin her own firm and created Ann K. Lang, CPA, LLC. Since then she has specialized in small businesses including S Corporations and Partnerships, and individual tax counseling, preparation and compliance.

In her spare time, Ann enjoys college football, snow skiing, exercising and spending time with her two daughters and supportive husband.

 

megan a. duffy, cpa

Megan began her professional career in the field of Architecture. After obtaining a degree from Clemson University in 2006, Megan joined an innovative design firm in Columbia where she worked for 4 years. While she loved her firm, she ultimately wanted to pursue a different career path, one she had long considered.

In 2011, she graduated with a Master of Accountancy from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Since then she has been working closely with both businesses and individuals to provide the highest level of service and counsel possible. Key areas of practice include tax preparation and consulting, small business and payroll services, budgeting, tax planning strategies and entity selection.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys watching college football, running half marathons, and spending time with her family and friends.
